Leadership

The company is led by our Director, who sets the overall direction and standards of the business. Supporting this is our General Manager, responsible for day-to-day operations, project oversight, and ensuring consistent delivery across all works.

Office & Support Team

Our Accounts Manager manages financial administration, invoicing, and payment processes. Estimators prepare accurate quotations and costings for prospective projects. Administration staff handle client communication, scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination to keep projects running smoothly.

Site Management

Supervisors oversee active projects on site, coordinating trades, monitoring quality and progress, and maintaining clear communication with clients and the office. Our Leading Hand Carpenter provides on-site leadership, guiding the carpentry team and ensuring work is completed to the required standard.

Trades & Site Team

The core of our delivery capability includes skilled Carpenters, Painters, Plasterers, and Labourers. These team members carry out the hands-on construction and finishing work that brings each project to completion.

This structure allows Vizbuild to maintain strong oversight from leadership through to site level, while ensuring specialised skills are available at every stage of a project.
